Energy-Saving and Low-Carbon Gear Blank Dimension Design Based on Business Compass

Sustainable blank dimension design is the key to implementation of green industrial development. However, only considers production factor stage, which cannot guarantee stage and use stage’s overall goal. In this paper, based on guiding thinking a business compass, low-carbon low-energy consumption optimization model was proposed. Taking process parameters as variables, grey wolf algorithm adopted solve problem. gear blanks an example, optimized 98.6, compared with standard 100, 105, energy 95.7% 93.1%, carbon emission 92.6% 90.2%, material 96.5% 87.5%, respectively. The sustainable has obvious advantages in terms low carbon, it can save lot materials; also promote product sustainability.
